What's the situation?

My Username/Email/Password doesn't work

You can reset your password at any time here: reset password.

If you need to reset the password of a child account that does not have an email address, you will need to log into the parent's account and reset the password from the Account page.

I need to confirm my email address

When you register a new account or change your email, we need to confirm your email address by clicking the link in email that we send to you. If you need us to resend the confirmation email, click here and enter the address you're awaiting confirmation from.

I need to complete my registration

This error should only appear when trying to play Tyto Online. Log in here and you should be presented with a simple form to complete. If you continue seeing this error, please contact support.

My subscription and/or trial has expired

You'll need a subscription if you want to play Tyto Online. If your trial has expired or you need to renew your subscription, you'll need to login and and go to your Payments page via the sidebar menu.

I still cannot login despite troubleshooting

Contact us via the blue Drift chatbox on the bottom right, or through our support page.
